Privacy Policy
FinalSheet keeps your team's roster, games and photos on your phone, and in the cloud only if you sign in to share a team. Only members of that team can see it. There are no ads, no tracking, and nothing is sold.
Who FinalSheet is for
FinalSheet is a sideline app for coaches, team managers and parents who track soccer games. It is meant to be used by adults.
The players it tracks are often minors. FinalSheet does not collect information from children: adults enter it about the players on their team. If you are under 13, do not create an account. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.

FinalSheet does not ask for players' birth dates, addresses, phone numbers, school records or health information. It does not use your location or contacts.
Where it's stored and who can see it
- Without signing in, everything stays on your phone. Nothing is sent to us.
- If you sign in and create or join a team, that team's data is copied to the cloud so it can sync between phones and be restored on a new one. It is stored with Supabase, our database provider.
- Only members of a team can see its data. You join a team only with its invite code. The database itself blocks anyone who is not a member, including other FinalSheet users.
- Live game following sends the game in progress to the members of that team only, while it is being played.
- Reports and graphics leave the app only when you choose to share or save them. After that, where they go is up to you.
- Photo background removal happens on your phone. The photo is not sent anywhere for it.
We use a few service providers to run the app: Apple (Sign in with Apple, TestFlight and the App Store), Supabase (cloud storage for shared teams) and Expo (delivering app updates). They handle data only to provide those services.
What FinalSheet does not do
- No advertising, in the app or using your data.
- No tracking across other apps or websites, and no analytics that profile you or your players.
- No selling or renting of any data, to anyone.
- No use of your team's data for anything other than running FinalSheet for your team.
Player photos and permission
Adding player photos is optional. Because most players are minors, whoever adds a photo is responsible for having permission from the player or a parent or guardian, and for following their school's or club's media policy. The app reminds you of this the first time you add a player photo.
Photos are used for the roster, game reports and the graphics you choose to make. They are shared only with members of your team, and anywhere you choose to send a graphic or report. Remove a photo at any time from the player's roster entry.
Deleting your data
- Remove a player, photo, game or brand kit in the app, and it is removed from your phone and cleared from the cloud copy for your whole team.
- Delete account (Settings, then Account & sync) removes your account from the cloud. Teams that only you belong to are deleted with all their data. Teams shared with other members stay with them.
- Sign out stops syncing but leaves your data on your phone. Deleting the app removes the data on that phone.
- The live game view keeps a team's most recent game until the team starts its next one.
- Ask us to delete a player's information or a team's data, and we will do it within 30 days. A parent or guardian can ask too; we may first check with the team's coach that the request is genuine.
Security, changes and contact
Data sent to the cloud travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Sign-in uses Sign in with Apple, so FinalSheet never sees or stores a password. No system is perfectly secure, so keep your team's invite code within your team and make a new one if it gets out.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Big changes will also be noted in the app.
